This is the official registration site for the Colossal Cobb Scouters’ Winter Campout 2012. Use this form to make your patrol’s reservation to prepare for a great time!
Fill in the fields on the next page and press the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.
When you press submit, the program will send an e-mail to the SWC Registrar and to the person listed as the patrol leader. Be sure to print this e-mail and mail it with the registration fee of $ per person to:
Remember! Your registration is not complete until the registration fees have been received by the Registrar. Fees must be postmarked within 72 hours of submitting this registration.
Early registration fees are $17 per person. Starting December 1st, the fee increases to $25 per person. Payment must be made by check. Make checks payable to the Atlanta Area Council. Your registration number will be used to determine your order in the campsite selection process. It will be reserved for 72 hours. All checks must be postmarked within 72 hours of your reservation to keep your place in line for campsite selection, which will give your check ample time to arrive.
Use the comments area to provide any special information the registrar may need, such as the name(s) of other patrols you would like to camp with or medical needs of your patrol that may limit the selection of campsite.
If you need to register more than one patrol, simply return to the registration page using your browser back button, change the information as needed and submit another registration.
All attempts will be made to honor your campsite preferences, but due to the number of patrols and facility limitations, some patrols may not be placed in the first preference. The date and time that your registration e-mail is received by the registrar will determine your placement for campsite assignment. Patrols whose registration fees are not postmarked within 72 hours lose their campsite preference placement. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the patrol leader when the fees have been received.
